Subscription and Billing

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

Disclaimer

Cognify and all related services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and uninterrupted availability.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, improvements, or future performance based on assessment results.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cognify shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Cognify during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes will be announced on this page together with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of Cognify following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
